Children and Young People. How to Find Us. Welcome to the Forum. As you may know, the Forum and Rural Action Yorkshire RAY are merging to become Community First Yorkshire. The new organisation will start operating on Monday 3 April. As part of the merger, the Forum is moving to RAYs offices in Askham Bryan, York.
